Join the Annual Global Cardboard Challange

This event kicks off in September and culminates in a global day of play on October 1st, 2023. To participate at home follow the TCSD Cardboard Challenge instructions and complete the Digital Student Presentation. Submit the Digital Student Presentation by October 28th and your presentation will be published on this site in November.

3D Modeling

3D printing is a great way to build something for an idea you have. It's also a great way to make a prototype of something to test out. TinkerCAD is a powerful yet simple to use tool to not only 3D print with but also teach you how to 3D model.  Give it a shot! Follow the directions below to explore TInkerCAD over the next few weeks. Check back here in a few weeks for some 3D printing challenges. Who knows? Maybe your 3D print will be a huge hit or help solve a problem for someone.!

Discover how your interests connect to engineering. What kind of engineering career might be a match for you? 

Use block coding to create your own simulation or complete simulation challenges.

Google Earth  is a great way to see the world if you're stuck at home! Use the Voyager tab on the left to take a virtual tour and learn more about a topic or place. You can also hit the I'm feeling lucky dice to go to a random place and explore or just go to a place you've always wanted to visit. Remember you can add your places to a project and create a slide show in Google Earth as well. Have fun exploring!
